IRA Distributions - NEW OPPORTUNITY !!
On August 17th, President Bush signed into law the Pension Protection Act of 2006 (PPA). One of its provisions allows taxpayers who have reached the age of 70-1/2 to make tax-free distributions up to $100,000 from their traditional IRAs to tax-exempt charities like ELDERGIVERS.

Stocks
Giving appreciated stock, mutual funds or bonds allows you to deduct the fair market value of securities you have owned for more than one year and avoid capital gains tax. Gifts of property (art, real estate, gems, antique) also allow beneficial tax deductions.

Bequests
Eldergivers has benefited greatly in the recent past by the foresight of friends who have included ELDERGIVERS in their wills and estate plans.
